Service Improvements

We’ve received some excellent feedback in our first week and we are using this to review and improve the service.
If you’re using the community area you should already have noticed some improvements including:
• The ability to track answers, as well as questions in the ‘Your Q&A’ tab
• The search of the community updates faster to help find recent activity
• The word limit for answers has been increased for more detailed responses
• You can now format questions and answers with line spaces
Don’t forget that the community allows you to track questions and answers using RSS feeds. Just click on the orange RSS icon to subscribe to the feed.
