The ‘Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations’ 1995 (RIDDOR), places a legal duty on you to report work-related health and safety problems. These include:

· injuries leading to more than 3 days sickness absence

· work related diseases

· deaths on your premises

Reports can be made by phone, online, email or post.
