Director Development
The SDDC has been created by the Institute of Directors – Scotland to provide a series of services designed specifically to benefit the professional development of business leaders at director level in the private, the public and not-for profit sectors.
The aim of this site is to help you identify the best possible way forward that will strengthen your organization and develop your personal career.
They recognise that all businesses are different, each business has its own set of requirements and development needs and the solution which fits one organisation will not always fit another. Therefore, they have created a versatile range of approaches and ways to support you in developing your organisation and help you as an individual as well as your board of directors in becoming even more successful.
