Frank H. Levinson founded Finisar in April 1987 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 1988 and as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer since August 1999. Mr. Levinson also served as the Chief Executive Officer from February 1988 to August 1999.
