How useful has VN been to people in rural areas compared to support from the usual agencies etc.?
I work in Economic Development for a rural District Council looking at Venture Navigator as a way of delivering support and advice to existing businesses in the area and people looking to start up new busnesses. This would be in addition to the support available through mainstream agencies such as Business Link, Enterprise Agencies etc. I am keen to get feedback from users of Venture Navigator to see if it genuinely adds value to the other support offered to see if we should be promoting its use to people and businesses in our area. Feedback on how easy/difficult people have found the product to use and how we should look to promote its use in our area (if we adopt it) would also be useful.
