how are the banks helping with cashflow problems when you have to match what they put in.

1. Is this a straight forward cashflow issue? This could/should be dealt with by short term facilities i.e overdraft.

   
   

   Or are looking at investment via a bank loan? Banks are generally looking for some form of commitment from the business. Have you looked at the Enterprise Finance Guarantee scheme: http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/detail?type=RESOURCES&itemId=1081839421 It can cover 75% of the banks risk.
