Looking for companies interested in new tank cleaning technology. Can anyone help?

This is a new tank cleaning system which has been developed over the last 20 years.  One part of the system has already achieved a top award in the oil industry.  The system comprises of four new inventions which addresses most of the major problems associated with tank cleaning.

    Thanks for your post. Could you possibly expand on the type of help you are looking for? Is it someone to to manufacture, distribute etc?
