   Are you asking if there is a need for this? Howies are a well know fashion brand selling organic cotton clothes. I would be interested in my staff wearing t-shirts made from organic, fair trade cotton.

   I would start by doing some market research into your potential customers. Think about questions such as: Who and where are they? What do they want? How much do they expect to pay? How often will they buy? How do they want to buy, eg online or from a shop? This will help you to establish if there is a need for your proposed venture, or if the idea needs to be tweaked slightly.

   
   

   Then you can ask similar questions about your competition: Who and where are they? What do (and don't) they offer? How much do they charge? How well are they doing (not always easy to find this out). How do they operate?

   
   

   All of this information should help you when it comes to writing a business plan.
