Should I buy an already estabished Children's Day Nursery or start one from scratch.

I am looking to own a Children's Day Nursery but am not sure whether to buy an already established one or to start one from scratch. I know that i need to weigh the pros and cons but would really appreciate advise from someone who has already been there.

    Have you considered a franchise of an existing nursery concept? (See www.venturenavigator.co.uk/content/franchising?s=true)

    This might be the best of both worlds: purchasing an established brand (usually including training and set-up), yet having a lot of flexibility to grow the business as you see fit.
