How do i get the ingredients and nutritional listing for food i will be making?

I am starting a food processing business and need to get an ingredient and nutritional listing, however I am not sure who to contact. Any suggestions?

  1. The Food Standard Agency should be your first port of call: http://www.food.gov.uk/

    They are the UK body responsible for food labelling and can offer you guidance of what you should be doing. http://www.food.gov.uk/foodindustry/guidancenotes/labelregsguidance/
