About to sign large contract..need angel investor to complete...
We are a start up digital media rights marketing company who have not yet officially launched to market but have secured first major contract opportunity ready to go now!
We have Heads of Agreement signed - now need to work up full contract. Deal is for 10 years to monetize globally a large (2 million players) sports organisations content on the web and mobile.
Unable to secure bank funding in current environment, so looking for angel investor. £150k required to fund business over 12 month period hitting profit within first year.
