Funding required for new PC game concept with great USP

Lead games designer and businessman have developed a concept and USP for a downloadable PC game that will compete with the already successful market.
Forecast shows profit after year 1 with investment of £150k

  1. so why you don't propose it to a publishing agency or to a game publisher?
    How much detail is in the concept?
    Do you want to develop it with your team?

    According to my experience the best route to follow is to propose the concept to a publisher which will provide the best developers for the platform and the profit share from the project.
