Help needed buying materials from China and selling garments to Europe and Africa.

Can anyone advise me on import and export basics and safety. I have a small factory in Thailand that can manufacture textiles such as bed linen and sheets. I am looking at importing material from China and exporting to Europe and Africa.
Any advice or would be much appreciated!
