Looking for 250-500k funding for high potential software products..for a stake or interest loan.

HI All,

I am looking for 250-500k funding (this is for a 1 to 2 year period)
........................................................to fund a portfolio of innovative end consumer software products ......................- we have ready customers that want to buy them at 10 times the premium we want to sell at -..............................that have a major potential (over 10 times in 1-2 years). ..........................Prototypes/Proof of concepts are done, design spec'd out, we need to build full fledged products. The target market and opportunity is huge (all PC, Mac users - in 100s of millions). One product can potentially make 100 million $ if that product really can turn out to be the best and captures the market.

I need this money to hire more developers and testers and crank up the work faster. We plan to do zero cost marketing through the web channels and not worried about it right now. Our focus is right now on making the best quality, wow software that everybody would find it useful and buy with the click of a button as the price would be so low/affordable to everybody.

We have the strategy of low cost, high quality, real innovation and very low price that can n't be met by larger companies in future once our products are out in the market(planned end of 2009).

Our costs are very low , overheads are almost zero and we have world class engineers working in our team.

I am a graduate of the famous IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) that has perhaps produced the world's largest # of $millionaires --also many billionaires, CEOs - of any under grad school in the world.

****** Seeking suggestions, directions for any loans or investment routes, leads.******

Thank you very much!

best regards,
Chandra
