Strong entrepeneurial ideas but no 2 the same Where to start ?

I have many ideas ranging from running a pub all the way to property development and design.
I have no assets or free capital and on top of this no idea where to start.

  1. I think, if you are serous about setting out on your own, be logical and analytic. Which idea can you a) realistically raise money for via banks, friends or grants/loans b) which one will give you the best return in the shortest time.

    Once you’ve done your research, you may find the list is a bit shorter!

    Of course, it depends if you plan on eventually implementing all your ideas or if you just want to focus on one thing – in which case, allowing for finances, you could play a longer game or pick the one you might enjoy more!
