We need a Spanish speaking business person for serious opportunity in Spain? (not property)

We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaking business person to provide some consultancy and/or assist in the establishment and possibly the launch of a muli-million euro "service" type opportunity in Spain and its associated territories. Must have experience of negotiations at Director General level, preferably dealings within Spanish Government. Please contact for further details. This has nothing to do with property.

    It's probably not much help, but I recommend putting an ad in the paper or on a employment-orientated website - perhaps even ones that will be read by Spanish people, or people with an interest in Spain?
