   Your site appears to be built using free Microsoft tools. If you are offering a value-add service to Microsoft’s Small Business Server it might be better to specify that. It might also be worth investing in Microsoft specific partner programmes and/or accreditation.
   
   If, on the other hand, you are going to do general web design it would be worth spending time building a well designed site in your own paid-up domain that really sells your skills to potential clients. I feel the current site needs a lot of work. Do a bit of analysis on the competition - check out their sites or work they have done for customers – in particular for small businesses and charities who I believe from your current site you wish to target.
   
   I hope this doesn’t sound too negative and you can use the advice constructively.

3. I would suggest doing a quick SPAG check as I wouldn't trust my web design with someone who has spelling mistakes all over their homepage.
   
   A price list and examples of previous work wouldn't go amiss.
