I have an idea for a .com company.how do I get started?
I would like to start a .com company where I only act as a middle man recieving orders through a web site to sell another companies product. How can I get advice without getting my idea stolen. I would like to forward orders that come through my web site to other companies and take a commision.

Is this the same principle as drop shipping? Not sure, but I dabbled in that and got burnt. It seemed like a very good idea for very little effort, but it certainly didn't work for me.

The problem here is in how you get prospects to come to your site. The business model is probably based around prospects coming to your site and, within the life-time of a cookie, placing an order on the Suppliers site, from which you get a commission. Affiliate-marketing type stuff.
So, what is going to make prospects come to your site?
That's what you will have to crack before you can make anything other than a small bit of pocket-money out of that sort of thing.
