How much knowledge do you have on the subject already?
The technology is relatively easy (you can get free code to pull off videos from, for example, youtube) but the issue of hosting needs some real thought. Whether you decide to get your own or use someone else's hosting, the choice should take into consideration serious estimates of how much traffic will be coming to your website.
As with Cost Per Click advertising, the wrong set-up on hosting/bandwidth charges can bring a company down in no time!
